Accessories
- You will need something to write on, either for taking note or communicating when hand or light signals won’t suffice. Tech divers favor wrist slates; cave divers seem to favor wet notes. You won’t need a compass unless surveying.
- You will also need at least three directional line markers (line arrows) and three non-directional markers (clothespins or “cookies”). You can get these here in north Florida.
- Another good investment is four to six medium stainless bolt snaps, and an equal number of small ones. Again, these are readily available here in Florida.
